Edventure Children's Museum - (803) 779-3100

EdVentures is a nice enough place, but my three year-old was not terribly impressed. He was bored on our second visit. A lot of the exhibits seem very commercial-oriented, too. Our child much prefers the State Museum across the parking lot.

Edventure Children's Museum is the best place to take your little one for hours of fun. They can discover the inside of the human body by traveling through Eddie--the world's largest child. They have an arts and activity area that is wonderful for creative minds to go to work. There is a grocery store that they can shop and check themselves out and many other wonderful attractions. I know when my son says he wants to go to the museum, it's because of the excitement that Edventure generates.

Truly one of the best museums I've ever been too, especially for kids. The price is a bit much, especially when you've got a few kids, but it's worth it. Most museums leave kids bored and wanting to leave, but this one definetely won't do that.
