The moment I called to take the car for an estimate, I was 100% satisfied the day I picked it up. Jamie was wonderful and what he told me was exactly what I got and the bill was in the end. When I walked to the front door, he greeted me by name. And I got out of my car and was greeted by his name.
He was so thorough, understood me and could communicate clearly and patiently while he wrote down what I was told. The best part is that he was apparently honest with me because I had to replace things immediately, not immediately afterwards.
The car was repaired early Tuesday morning, but it took longer than expected for the parts to be procured for repair. When I got the truck back, I found it was running smoother and better than it had ever done. I was at work for a day to waste time, which included getting some heavy repairs and forgetting them.
The quality of the work was great, everyone was extremely nice, the location was clean and the on-time work was better than promised. The staff were very professional, polite and did a very good job, they were pretty punctual when they said they were going to finish. This was very fast, as it was to do with the quality and quantity of the repair work, but the staff did a good job.
I would like to pay tribute to Tim, Travis and Chris for their good work and I thank Jamie Bowers, the Center Manager, for his help in solving the problem and his professionalism.
I couldn't be more grateful and appreciative, they really cared about me and kept my Jeep in great condition and eliminated the possibility of future problems with the car I depend on. My only complaint is that the dashboards and indicators were not reset when I replaced the oil and replaced my tyres. Even when trying to drive after the fix, it wasn't clear if it was still wrong. These guys have done everything to help me and I couldn't be more grateful and appreciative.
What I found was that they explained everything in detail to me and answered all my questions while they talked to me. They didn't put me under pressure all the time as I waited and greeted each visit with the same staff. Tim guided me through my funding options, made recommendations and never tried to push for services that weren't needed. I had to inform them in advance of the costs, but they did not put me under pressure throughout the process.
I have loved being a part of the heart of South Carolina for 45 years and I look forward to working hard to win their trust and their trust.

I stopped in West Virginia to get gas and was told that the only oil change I could get was $50, but when I picked it up I was told the voucher was for $12.50 and it would actually be $55. I still feel that it was a very misleading rip-off, I really wanted to get the 12, but I couldn't get out of the car and paid the 50 after tax. The car started to die again and I felt it in my car approaching me and we were told that I had previously received an oil change worth $17.99.
The gentleman who came to look at my car and make an estimate was very polite and friendly. He seemed well-trained and quick and of course he treated me and my family like a family every time he came.
